Return & Refund Policy

Coffee and other food products may not be returned or refunded once they’ve been shipped. If you have questions or concerns about any item that you’ve received, please contact us and we will try to help you the best that we can.

 

Non-coffee products that are new, unused, and still in their original package, may be returned for a refund within 30 days. You can drop off the items at our Wayne location or ship them using your preferred carrier for a fee.

 

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Payment for any unshipped items remaining in your order will be refunded to your credit card.
